The Arlington Girls Lacrosse Club (AGLAX) is a volunteer non-profit organization whose mission is to teach the youth of Arlington, MA, the "fastest game on foot" - Lacrosse - through the development of individual skill, fitness, teamwork and sportsmanship.

AGLAX holds open development clinics in the Fall and Winter for girls in grades 3 through 8. The clinics are designed to give new and existing players the opportunity to develop their skills through various structured activities including catch-and-throw and ground ball shuttles, cradling, dodging, defense, shooting, and open scrimmage. In the Spring, teams of selected AGLAX Bulldogs compete in the Mass Bay Girls Lacrosse League (www.mbgll.org). MBGLL games are usually played on Sundays.

On September 20, 2009, a premier team of 7-8th grade AGLAX Bulldogs participated in the 8th Annual Sudbury Harvest Lacrosse Jamboree at Lincoln-Sudbury Regional High School. Opening Day 2009 took place on Sunday, April 5, 2009, on the AGLAX home turf at Pierce Field in Arlington. All of the 2009 Bulldog teams were in action - Maroon, Gray, and Puppies. It was an historic day for AGLAX with the Puppies being the first-ever 3rd-4th grade girls lacrosse team to compete for the Town of Arlington.
